"If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink" (John 7:37)
We are so very excited to invite you to The Well 2018!
What is The Well? The Well is what we are calling our annual congregational retreat here at Cornerstone. We’ve decided to call our retreat “The Well” because we want our members to experience at the retreat something akin to what the Samaritan woman experienced at the well in John 4. By encountering Jesus, this woman was exposed to living water, she learned about worship and she was so deeply transformed that it led to a life of incredible witness. Our prayer is that we would have a similar kind of experience and encounter in our time together worshipping Jesus, receiving Jesus in the Word and being inspired to give witness to Jesus in our daily lives.
Our goals for The Well are very simple: to experience spiritual rest and renewal by gathering together, worshipping and drinking deeply of the Living Water. We believe that time spent away together will refresh us as a community of saints, sinners and sufferers to pursue and be pursued by Jesus and his abounding grace.
